November 24, 2011  BEING INNOCENCE AND PURITY There is an innocence inside us that is so pure and untouched, like the core of a Rose that is just beginning to bloom. We feel that innocence and purity deeply protected by the portions of us that we had to close off, like a Doorway to sacred a room. This Doorway, and the room it protected, needed to be locked and even hidden from a world that was harsh and filled with fear. Now we are beginning feel that innocence and purity, and we want to open the door and allow that Essence to fill our body and flow out into the world. However, we don't know if I can protect that innocence and purity once it is set loose into a reality that is not yet fully loving. If we open this door, will the remaining darkness rush in and extinguish the light? If we open this door, will the purity and love be lost in the shield we have created to protect it? If we incorporate these qualities of purity and innocence into our body, will it become lost in the remaining fear and protectiveness? Yes, we fear that all of these things will happen. But, if we base our decision on this fear, have wechosen fear over purity and innocence? How do we protect that which is virgin to this harsh world? Must we wait until the world is not quite as discordant and more harmonious? There are so many questions, but we ask them from our mind. We need to ask our heart. We need to ask this embryo of purity expanding in our High Heart what we should do. "Dear embryo of light and love, dear Essence of my SELF who has hidden for millennium, how can I protect you? Must I always keep you secret?" We know the answer can only come from within, so we take a moment to center our self and connect with the ONE... The answer comes as a whisper from deep within our Core, "Dearest One, I AM within you and have, in deed, been in gustation for most of your earthly incarnations. Once or twice I ventured forth, only to suffer deep remorse and painful death, but you know of me because of these ventures into an unkind world. The world is growing kinder now and the Rose of my Being is beginning to bloom. The Roses that bloom when the atmosphere is not perfect suffers the harshness of a reality not yet ready for their gift. However, some brave ones must 'test the waters' to see if it is safe for the others to bloom, as well. "Fortunately, a Rose knows that it is the blossom of the Rosebush, That is rooted in the earth, That is merged with the planet, That is aligned with the Solar System, That is a member of the Galaxy, That shares the Universe, That courses the Multiverse, That is protected by the Galactic and Celestials, Who travel the many densities and dimensions, That are expressions of All That Is, Within the ONE. "Because the simple Rose knows this Cosmic Truth, it ventures forth with innocence and purity. The simple Rose does not know fear, for it knows that it is merely another beautiful expression of the ONE. Their expression may be harmed, but the ONE is invincible. The Rose knows that it is a window through which others can experience the ONE, and through which the ONE can experience its creations. "If you see yourself as a Window for the ONE, your innocence and purity will be safe for you will not be not OF this world, but merely ON it. YOU are OF the ONE. Hence, when you choose to fully give birth to your SELF, you are serving as a window through which purity and innocence can flow. THE ROSE The Rose is still a bud, but it is soon to open. The transition of our consciousness is much like the opening of a Rose. For many eons we, the members of Earth, have placed our consciousness on the outside of the Rose. The Core of the Rose was a mystery to us. Therefore, it was a god. From the outside of the Rose, from the petals, which were exposed to the environment, we prayed to the Sacred Center. Some of us even thought that this Sacred Center was deep inside the earth or far above us in the sky.                We had not yet remembered that                         The Center was not above or below,                                     The Center was within. God was distant and apart from us then, and the world was cruel and distrustful. Therefore, we had to be sure that we protected ourselves from outside forces that we believed were "separate." If God was separate, than so must be everything else be separate. We were lonely. We were isolated. Fortunately, when we felt safe enough on the "outside," some of us decided to go "inside" to see what lay within the Center of the Rose. And so we began the long journey to the center of the Rose, the center of ourselves. This journey was very frightening at first because we were used to holding our consciousness on the outside of the Rose, the outside of ourselves. Hence, trek inside was long and lonely. If we were separate on the outside of the Rose, then how much more separate would we be on the inside? But gradually, we discovered that we were not alone inside the Rose, for we came to realize that inside was an entire Universe. It was our own special, independent Universe. But was it really just ours? Was it really independent? Eventually, we became aware that, from the Center of the Rose, from the center of this "new" Universe, we could contact the essence of every other Rose that ever was or ever would BE.                We learned that in the Center of the Rose, there was no time.                         In the center of the Rose, there was no space.                                     Since time could not separate us,                                                 We all shared the same space. Therefore, we were not alone! We were not separate! But where was our consciousness? Was it on the outside of the Rose, protecting us from "them"? Or was our consciousness in the Center of the Rose?                Where we were NOT alone.                         Where we were NOT isolated.                                     Where we did NOT need protection                                                             Because there was NO harm. And then it began to happen. There was a great change on the outside of the Rose. It occurred slowly at first, and then the pace grew faster and faster. Everything that had been so hard, and firm, and stable was beginning to shift. Things were not so hard anymore, nor were they so stable. The outside petals of the Rose were moving away from the Core and pulling the other petals with them. Now, we could not hide as easily within the Core of the Rose. However, if we placed our consciousness on the outside of the Rose, where we could "watch our backs," we were affected by the great change. The outside petals were becoming very unsteady. They were threatening to fall from the Rose and land far away-far away from the Core of the Rose, the Core of Ourselves. We could no longer place our consciousness on the outside where it was separate,                Separate from others,                         Separate from God,                                     Separate from our own Core,                                                 And separate from the place deep within                                                             Where there was no separation. We could not stop the petals from falling. And, if we became attached to them, we too would fall away from our Core. Now we ALL had to journey to the Center of the Rose and place our consciousness inside because the changes outside were happening faster and faster. But we were safe deep within ourselves. We were no longer alone there. We were with everyone else who had found their way to the Center of their Core, the Core of their Rose. But were we protected from the outside? Could we hide from what was happening outside of us? All the petals were falling away now and we were no longer protected from the "outside" because there was no "outside". As each petal fell from our essence, we were preparing ourselves for the "new world" that awaited us. A new world                Where there were no petals,                         Where there was no outside,                                     Where there was no separation. And then, all the petals were gone. We were no longer IN the Center. We WERE the Center itself. There was no longer a place to hide, nor was there a reason because there was NO separation. There was no God OUTSIDE or ABOVE or BELOW or WITHIN because there was NO measure of distance because there was NO space. There was no fearful future or sorrowful past because there was NO time. There was no core because there was NO exterior.                There was only NOW.                         There was only HERE. As we looked around us, we could see that there were still Roses that appeared to be independent from us. However, when we placed our attention upon them, they lovingly and willingly opened their heart to us, as we did to them. There were no secrets,                         There was no fear,                                     There was only Unity and Love. WE WERE HOME! The lawsuit that could end the gangster rule of Western civilization

A lawsuit was filed today (November 23^rd US time) that could end the secret government that has ruled Western civilization for at least the past 300 years. The lawsuit claims that close to $1 trillion was stolen by, among others, UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon and the UN, former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and the Italian government, Giancarlo Bruno and the Davos World Economic forum and others believed to include many of the owners of the US Federal Reserve Board. The lawsuit was filed in New York by Neil Keenan, acting as representative of the Dragon family, a reclusive group of wealthy Asian families. This filing is the result of extensive evidence gathering by international police and law-enforcement agencies including Interpol, the CIA, the Japanese Security Police, Eastern European secret services and has the backing of the Pentagon as well as the armed forces of Russia and China.

The ultimate defendants in this legal action are believed to be the same cabal behind the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy and many other major international crimes.

This particular lawsuit was triggered by the illegal detainment of two Japanese citizens,  Akihiko Yamaguchi and Mitsuyoshi Watanabe, as well as the seizure of $134.5 billion in bonds they were holding in Italy on June 3, 2009. After the bonds were stolen, self-described 33^rd degree Freemason Leo Zagami contacted this writer and said the Montecarlo P2 masonic lodge could cash the bonds with the help of Vatican banker Daniel Dal Bosco. This writer forwarded the information, via a member of the UK Royal family, to the dragon family who entrusted a further $1 trillion worth of similar bonds to the plaintiff Neil Keenan. Keenan then, after much negotiation, entrusted the bonds to Dal Bosco.

Dal Bosco subsequently absconded with the bonds and was followed 24-hours a day by various intelligence service agents to see what he would do with them. The Dal Bosco trail led to the Davos World forum, the UN, the Italian government and the Vatican, among other places. Following this, Keenan was approached by a who’s who of powerful figures including top Vatican officials, Wall Street bankers, European nobles and former US presidents, most offering him astronomical bribes to go away. He was also poisoned with ricin and nearly killed.

According to Keenan “The roots of this case go back to between 1927 and 1938, when, under arrangements made between T.V. Soong (Finance Minister of China) and Henry Morgethau, Secretary of the Treasury, The United States Government purchased some 50 million ounces of silver and leased vast amounts of gold from the Nationalist Chinese Government, known as Kuomintang. For all the treasure handed in, certificates were given to those who surrendered their precious metals.”

Many of the bonds seized by Dal Bosco are backed with the Chinese gold taken by the Federal Reserve Board during those years and never returned to its legal owners.

Other bonds seized were Kennedy bonds. These bonds were backed by gold held in trust for the people of the planet and were supposed to be used to finance the economic development of the world. Instead they have mostly been stolen and misused by members of the cabal that has seized control of the Western financial system on behalf of private interests.

The original signatory to the Kennedy bonds was former Indonesian President Soekarno. Soekarno’s heir Dr. Seno Edy Soekanto has given Keenan power of attorney to return their rightful owners the Kennedy bonds and other property allocated to the people of the world via something known as the global collateral accounts.

The lawsuit is only the first salvo in a legal battle to restore control of the global financial system to the people and governments of the world as well as the rightful owners of historical assets that have been seized by members of the banking cartel.

The lawsuit has been filed as Civil Action #8500 at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on November 23, 2011.

Background information on the problems with the global financial system

The entire cause of the problem.

The United States is a private corporation owned by the British Crown (Rothchilds), the Bank of England (Rothchilds) and the Vatican (Rothchilds again). It was previously called the Virginia Company until 3/9/33 when it was dissolved by Roosevelt under the Emergency Banking Act. On 5/5/33 Congress elected to dissolve the Gold Standard and Sovereign Authority of the U.S. and all of its official capacities including government offices, departments and officers. The U.S. is a corporation, not a nation. The Federal Reserve is neither Federal, nor a Reserve. It is a private counterfeiting organization run by Jewish bankers who lend the money they print out of thin air at interest while we keep on paying these criminals to fleece the People.

 

That technology of theft and deception that has been exported from the United States through their promotion of this fraud as the paradigm of global finance is an obscenity that has set the seeds of its own destruction.

 

This has been compounded by the refusal of ordinary people to realize, know and understand that it is the duplicity of Governments and the deceit and endless greed of bankers that combined to simply fleece them like the apathetic sheep they are. Apathy and ignorance of the truth, creates belief in the lie. The truth is self-evident, but most people choose to neither hear it nor understand it. The debts of the Federal Reserve are the debts of a private corporation that is robbing the people of the United States.

 

The United States Dollar is a Federal Reserve Note and the obligations against the currency are the obligations of the Federal Reserve, not the people of the United States.

 

 

 

Understanding the History

1.  Between 1927 and 1938, under arrangements made between T.V.Soong (Finance Minister of China) and Henry Morgethau, Secretary of the Treasury, The United States Government purchased some 50 million ounces of silver and leased vast amounts of gold from the Nationalist Chinese Government, known as Kuomintang. During this period China was partly occupied by Japanese troops and there was the fear of China being overrun by the Japanese.

2.  For all the treasure handed in, certificates were given to those who surrendered their precious metals. The surrendered precious metals and gemstones were sent to the United States under a lease agreement made between T.V. Soong and Henry Morgenthau. The Certificates became the underlying funds of the Kuomintang and were good and accepted securities.

3. In 1934 a new Securities Act was promulgated in the United States, together with the Gold Act, which required all bullion gold and gold coin to be surrendered to the Federal Reserve, a private corporation chartered to operate as the Central Bank of the United States and to be the issuer of the currency known as the United States Dollar.

4.  Domestically owned gold was purchased. Foreign Gold held by the Treasury was also surrendered to the Federal Reserve, so, was leased to the Federal Reserve. This began the series 1934 Notes issued by the Federal Reserve. These have never been redeemed and the interest cost was met by further issuances of the 1934 series FRN’s.

5. These 1934 FRN’s guarantee the lease payments and to allow the Chinese Government to continue financially. These came under the control of the Kuomintang, the Nationalist Government in China from whom the Gold had been received.  Many were left in China when the Kuomintang had to flee to Taiwan. The Gold had been nationalized by the Kuomintang who moved much of the FRN’s (but not all) to Taiwan  which was built on these notes. These Notes were the underlying wealth of Taiwan and they were good for value as they were backed by gold.

6. During the war in China, most owners of the depository notes issued by Chinese Banks were killed by the Japanese, others later being killed by both the Kuomintang and the Chinese Communists, thus the Gold became property of the Nation, especially so, the Kuomintang. In Europe, Jews who had owned wealth were stripped of that wealth through various means and were then eliminated. The gold was taken either by stealth or by force, that is a reality of history.

7. The Kuomintang appointed guardians of this Gold and the securities issued by the United States; they are euphemistically known as the Dragon Family.  The Dragon Family is in fact an organization that operates between old families within China and Taiwan, and as such is above the political divide of the two independent Chinese Governments. Chinese are remarkable in this regard, that old family ties and functions supercede political arrangements which, though they might last for generations, are regarded as inconsequential over the passage of time to most Chinese. Attached to this is the wealth of several nations. The United States in support of the Kuomintang and resistance groups actually printed more of these FRN notes inside China itself. These operations were run by the CIA to buy loyalty of various factions in the fight against the communists, eventually being driven out into Burma around 1960. Largely due to the additional printing of these notes, the additional Notes were given in lieu of interest, but directed to specific persons and parties.

8  At the end of the World War II, with Communist and Kuomintang factions at war in China, the International Community and the Chinese assented to the Gold being placed under the overt control of Indonesian President Soekarno.  Soekarno then, on August 17, 1945, came to be known as M1 under United Nations Approval No. MISA 81704  “Operation Heavy Freedom. This was because much of the world’s gold had been delivered into Indonesia and the Philippines. Canada, Australia, Great Britain, India and other British Colonies sent their gold to the so called  “impregnable Singapore”  The Japanese, as per the arrangements agreed to by Hirohito in the 1921 Pact Between Nations made in London, delivered much of this gold to Indonesia (Then a Dutch Colony) and to Philippines (Then a US Colony) into secret bunkers that had been mostly constructed by the Japanese between 1924 and 1945. This is why the Allied troops in Malaya had no air cover or sufficient supplies to that would have allowed them to resist the Japanese. Singapore had to fall so most of the global wealth could be “lost” into a secret system that made the gold standard redundant and fiat currencies a reality.

This gold was documented into accounts through the Swiss Commercial Bank Union Bank of Switzerland, placed under protection of the Swiss Attorney General, registered through the Swiss National Bank into the Bank for International Settlements International Collateral Combined accounts and then from within the BIS, blocked to form the Institutional Parent Registration Accounts of the Federal Reserve System.

Later President Marcos of the Philippines was appointed and held the position of M1 until 1987 and then the position was transferred to Dr. Ray C. Dam, in October of 1987, under Legal Decadency to Heir RCD1087 Far East Entire with formal Power of Attorney and Assignment of Indonesian Assets signed by Sarinah Soetiwi  (holder of the assets on behalf of the Nation of Indonesia as assigned by President Soekarno) in 1992, Dam’s authority later promulgated January 20, 1995. Dam proved to be impossible for the entire system to work with, (either because he refused to allow those who placed him in authority to steal, or because of his personal arrogance…. Difficult to know which is correct) and his authority over the Institutional parent registration Accounts set aside and the system reverted to the three Nations who had controlled these accounts since World war II, United States, Great Britain and France, who systematically and illegally subverted the established system since 1996.

9.  From this we can see that there are two functional operations. One was ownership and Depository control by the owners of the Gold and the other a control system set in place to administer and control the Collateral Combined Accounts as an independent Arbiter.  Ownership rights are held by the signatory to the Depository Accounts in Commercial Banks and Control Rights have been held by M1.

10. So it was, that the entire world supply of bullion and coinage gold was withdrawn and fiat currencies became the order of the day. However, underneath the notes and money issued by the Federal Reserve was the underlying wealth within a centralized system that Nations was intended to be used equitably, but Bankers determined they would use to raid national economies.

11.  In 1963, President John F. Kennedy entered into an Agreement with President Soekarno to provide the funds to allow the United States Treasury to print its own currency, thus subverting the “right” to print the currency held by the Federal Reserve. The Agreement would have transferred some 59,000 tons of gold to underpin this currency. The problem with this was that the US domestic currency would have then been backed by gold which would have been a violation of international agreements meant to stabilize currencies.  11 days after signing this agreement, President Kennedy was assassinated.  President Johnson the suspended EO11110 as issued by Kennedy and transferred the bullion to the Federal Reserve. The Green Hilton Agreement was not implemented until 1968 when Soekarno fell from office and when Global Trade made it imperative that the world have a Global Currency. As the Gold had been transferred to the US Treasury in 1968, a series of Bonds known as Kennedy Bonds were issued in order to honor the terms of the Green Hilton Agreement made between Kennedy and Soekarno, the 1968 terms of the gold delivery to the United States being different than made in 1934.  When after 30 years, interest had not been paid as promised, a reissue of the bonds in an increased number were issued as commemorative notes and were accepted by the owners of the Gold, the Dragon Family.

12. From copies of Bank documents received by Neil Keenan, within the Green Hilton Memorial Agreement, the funds the amounts of gold and platinum are specified. These amounts of gold are certificated and the certificates and ledger copies with full and exact identification and recognition codes are available. These certificates are further proven by the bank reports, copies of which are now held by Neil Keenan. The truth of these instruments can be vigorously defended through documentation in our hands and further through interrogation of the Black Screens where the off ledger collateral is held, together with an interrogation of the grey and blue screens where we will find enormous fraud from the illegal use of these assets.

13. In the few documents we present with this complaint we can see that the assets have been deposited, the counter-assets created and presented to the depositors, the depositors have been cheated for over 70 years through the intentional and fraudulent failure of the Obligor to honor the Agreements.

14. In recent weeks we have come into possession of the books and records of the late President Soekarno, and all the codes and ledgers of the Global Accounts. The size of these accounts can be seen by reviewing the Collective Agreement between the Garuda Memorial Hilton Indonesia and the Green Memorial Hilton Geneva, established, structured and made operational between 1961 and final signature in 1972. Under this Agreement the assets of the international collateral combined were established and brought forward, then, within a short period of time misused to change the operating systems of banks.

15. Reviewing these books, we can now see that Banks set aside the notion of operating under the Charters they hold as banks, instead of being Banks they became like very poor casino operators and traders, selling what they do not own. The records in our possession, signed and registered by the receiving and managing commercial bank, show the underlying funds in numbers and amounts that stagger the imagination. The Green Hilton and Garuda Memorial Agreements demonstrate clearly the value of the global account system.

a)  Gold and Platinum Deposits ran into millions of tons.

b)  1934 series Federal Reserve System Bonds, Notes issued in 1928 , Kennedy Bonds ran into Quadrillions of US Dollars, Dragon Bonds are all recorded and acknowledged within the Green Hilton and Memorial Hilton Collective Agreements. Both Assets in the form of Bullion surrendered to the Global Accounts through the United States Government and then entrusted to a private corporation, the Federal Reserve System.

Climategate 2.0 - From Russia with Love?

The “Climategate 2″ release of further hacked e-mails from the University of East Anglia are once again embarrassing for Phil Jones, Michael Mann and the other climate scientists involved – whatever their supporters in the media may say.

The latest release, that FOIA2011.zip file, contains 5,000 e-mails in plain text and also a further archive of 220,000 files that is password-protected (with 256-bit AES encryption – in other words, state of the art uncrackable encryption – no less).

The “readme” file released in the package says that those additional e-mails have been encrypted “for various reasons”, and states that the hackers do not intend “publicly” (sic) releasing the passphrase. (It is a passphrase and not a password to make it almost impossible to crack.) So it is not likely we will be able to read those additional 220,000 files unless the hacker relents and releases the passphrase.

I am interested in a few features of all this though.

• This leak (like the previous one) was released on a Russian server, and then removed a few hours later.


• The compression method used was 7Zip. 7Zip was (and is) developed by Igor Pavlov, a Russian computer programmer. As such, it is widely used in Russia – by contrast, in the West, almost everybody uses Winzip compression as a standard.


• The readme file talks about 5,000 e-mails being released and 220,000 being in the encrypted archive. But it writes those numbers as “5.000″ and “220.000″ – with a decimal point rather than a comma separating the groups of figures. That format is not generally used in the UK (or indeed in the USA), but is the normal format in some other countries, including Russia.

All of this leads me to conclude that it is likely that this Climategate leak, as well as the previous one, was orchestrated by somebody in Russia.

Interesting.

I am also interested in the fact that the archive was included in the file but encrypted. The obvious thing to do would have been to publish the 5,000 e-mails, but say that you had 220,000 more. So why did the leaker decide to release that encrypted archive? Without the password, it is of no use to anybody.

Finally, the original filename on the Russian server was not “FOIA2011.zip” but “25FOIA2011.zip”. The “FOIA” I can understand I guess (Freedom Of Information Act). But why the “25″? Does that have any significance?

Not especially useful information, but my two-pennyworth on this.

With the release of FOIA2011.zip, the cat’s now well and truly out of the bag.

To their credit, some of the climate scientists realised the dangers of the selective approach politicians demanded, which meant cherry-picking evidence to make it suitably dramatic, and quietly hiding caveats. “We need to communicate the uncertainty and be honest,” pleads Thorne, in another email from 2005. Thorne noted that a telltale "signature" of greenhouse gas warming was absent. “Observations do not show rising temperatures throughout the tropical troposphere unless you accept one single study and approach and discount a wealth of others. This is just downright dangerous.”

“What if climate change appears to be just mainly a multidecadal natural fluctuation?”

Elsewhere, discussing the homogeneity of temperature readings from different sources, Thorne mulls the need to “balance the text so this is not the message”, and expresses his discomfort with making claims that conceal the uncertainty. But such were the demands of activists, agencies and the political class, uncertainty was not on the menu.

This was why the first Climategate caused such repercussions. The revelations came as little surprise to those few who follow state of temperature reconstructions, but they rocked supporters who had put their trust in climate scientists. Clive Crook, a believer in the manmade global warming hypothesis and supporter of carbon reduction measures, expressed it like this:

“The closed-mindedness of these supposed men of science, their willingness to go to any lengths to defend a preconceived message, is surprising even to me. The stink of intellectual corruption is overpowering.”

 

Intellectual corruption

Where the "intellectual corruption" is plain is that somehow these doubts and uncertainties, along with the limitations of using computer models as evidence, never made it into the “bible” of climate science, the reports produced by the United Nation Organisation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports.

“Basic problem is that all models are wrong,” writes Phil Jones, bluntly, “not got enough middle and low level clouds.”

If that’s the case, then why isn't this printed as a large health warning on the cover of the IPCC reports? Politicians who devised policy based on estimates of certainty by the IPCC now know they’ve been sold a pup.

In the short term, the issues raised by Climategate I, which subsequent inquiries failed to explore, are back with a vengeance. Parliament looked at several issues including transparency – withholding code and raw data to allow third parties to replicate CRU’s temperature work – corruption of the peer review process, poor quality programming, and the destruction of internal emails. Since CRU’s temperature work was at the heart of the IPCC, this is troubling. Climategate II finds Phil Jones telling the University of East Anglia’s FOIA climate officer that:

“I wasted a part of a day deleting numerous emails and exchanges with almost all the skeptics. So I have virtually nothing. I even deleted the email that I inadvertently sent. There might be some bits of pieces of paper, but I’m not wasting my time going through these.”

And “I’ve been told that IPCC is above national FOI Acts. One way to cover yourself and all those working in AR5 would be to delete all emails at the end of the process.”

His colleague Keith Briffa – expressing doubts about “all temperature reconstructions” also appears to ensure such doubts are not on the public record:

“UEA does not hold the very vast majority of mine [potentially FOIable emails] anyway which I copied onto private storage after the completion of the IPCC task.”

Elsewhere Briffa adds: “But for GODS SAKE please respect the sensitivity here and destroy the file immediately when finished and please do not tell ANYBODY I sent this. Cheers Keith.”

Some context is worth remembering.

As with the first Climategate archive, much of the correspondence focuses on modern temperature trends and historical temperature reconstructions – not on the stuff we call hard physics: the behaviour of greenhouse gases in the Earth’s atmosphere. (Note also that the emails stop in 2009.)

The temperature work was only thrust into such a dramatic political role because of the state of the hard physics of climate. There’s broad agreement amongst supporters of the manmade greenhouse gas theory, and ‘lukewarmers’, on what an increase in CO₂ should do to the Earth’s energy budget – a modest increase in temperatures, before any feedbacks are taken into account. But speculation about runaway temperatures, while entirely legitimate, is for now, just that.

In the absence of telltale manmade global warming "fingerprints" (and there have been several candidates over the years, such as the tropospheric hotspot, or elusive ocean heat sinks) contemporary temperature readings and historical temperature reconstructions were freighted with immense significance.

So the mewling infant that we call Climate Science – a 40-year-young offshoot of meteorology – has been thrust into a political role long before it’s capable of supporting the claims made on its behalf. From the archives we can see the scientists know that too, and we can read their own reluctance to make those claims, too.

“What if climate change appears to be just mainly a multidecadal natural fluctuation?” muses one scientist. “They’ll kill us probably.”

That won’t be necessary. ®

It is not important how the short video you are about to see was obtained nor is it actually significant in retrospect to attach absolute validity to its origin. It is enough that I myself can lay valid claim to having sent links to the website where it was posted to most members of Congress, Matt Drudge, Mayor Guiliani, the chief of police of New York City and others, months prior to this planned infamy. Do we doubt the stage was set early on in the year 1999 for ominous expectations, that social engineering showed in the media's designs to create the fears and anticipations to make such a thing more likely... in some camps to even welcome it?

The Y2K fears of computer mainframes crashing (proving to be false); programs on media facilitating these fears, even in fiction on popular show series like, The X-Files and Millennium; the discovery and whistle-blowing across the nation about military staging for house-to-house-search-and-seizure for weapons and state patriot militias forming in numbers almost overnight to combat any such thing... and the obvious deployment of provoked instances serving both to vilify and discredit any such actions... to list but a few of the signs for what was coming.

With the retrospect we as citizens of a once proud republic, now corrupted and on the verge of betraying the only social contract any have with an increasingly impotent government that has lost its way in allowing one branch to circumvent all checks and balances to approach dictatorship, we can now find the proof of intention this video tape reveals, even if, in retrospect, it shows a different path taken...
one that tolled its bell in 9/11.

Okay... Now you boys know that I will personally land in a world of shit if anybody finds out I made this tape. But I just figured since they decided we're not going to conduct any outside maneuvers you guys could use a better look at where the deal is going to go down. Alright, except for Raven none of you men are cozy with the area of operation so I went ahead and I bought this camera and I'm thinking I would give you an unauthorized sit-rep (situation representation) here. You can take it in the spirit that it's done, keep it eyes only and off the screen. This tape does not exist.

This is where it all goes down. I'm going to walk you through it. Take a look at the AO (area of operation) and give you a quick rundown on the mission. Okay, let's look at it. The containment pens and the barricades run straight up and down from here, four pens per block. All your civilians locked up inside them. Alpha team, you're all here by 0400, no later. This whole area is going to be full up by then and you've gotta be here before they close off the eight closest pens, north and south. That's the structure that they dress up for the drop. Extra barricades all along the stretch here. Most of your civilian authorities are clustered right here. Cracker, you're over here. A lot of priming the pump (agitating) out along this way for a good quarter of a mile. Some of it our people, a lot of it is going to be spontaneous civilian activity.

They are just starting to hear about Australia by the time your get here and at 1800 they see the deal on Europe and Africa when it happens up there on the TV screen so they'll be plenty spooked. Of course they are going to calm down a little when the word comes down Australia has the juice back on around 2100. By then you're butt buddies with your little pen pals. You just keep throwing out your story to any of the Caucasians nearby. Hit em on that black thing harder if you've got yourself a sympathetic ear. Today we're going to get some for ourselves. All that shit, stir that shit up.

These ten blocks here, from forty-seventh to fifty-seventh, that's Bravo team. Concentrate north but take anything you can when you hit the OZ (operation zone). Most of you, just plain folks are gonna be way back here, a lot of out-of-towners. They got here late and they won't be too committed to their location. It shouldn't be too hard to get em so they start pushing their way out of here and headed that way after zero. I want them running for their lives at that point. Very important that the push be north towards the park. Okay, so the girl is going to go and do her thing right here. She's jumped, she's stripped and she's screaming by 2310. Poison, you're right there in the front row, so you can make the most of it.

Then the story has got to spread up toward the north so be loud and keep moving to the left. Go up over your barricade and head out along the periphery. Everyone's attention is going to be initially focused up this way towards the TV screens up there so you'll be walking right past their line of sight. Just keep moving it along and disseminating the story up and through this range. That should all be concluded by 2330. By zero you're most of the way home.

Raven, you're here at fortieth by 1600. There will be beaucoup (a lot) movement in and out of the pens here so you don't have to stay in one place. When you get here you push yourself up to where you're supposed to be, try to keep it in the general vicinity. Again there will be plenty of pre-conditioning already in place so you won't have to do too much explaining. You just walk around and amen any of the young brothers that happen to be talking about our town tonight. Alright.

Again, some of them are going to be our people. Just don't go getting yourself busted before the ball drops. Keep it cool and watch where you're standing and who you're standing next to. If I could get you out of here any earlier I would. Just hold off until you see them coming in hard. Then you give them a little of that amedieu (confusion) shit. Agitate it. Then once it gets going you can start working your way out of here.

There's going to be a lot of hot lead flying every which way all around here. Be a lot of scrambling. You're working the range from fortieth to thirty-seventh. So don't worry if you get swept with the crowd either direction. Just watch you don't take a hit from either side. Of all the team you're most vulnerable to police arrest. It's very important you do what you've gotta do as early as you can. Just don't expect any favors from anybody in the NYPD. They're going to be looking at you like one of the ring leaders if they do catch you. So I strongly suggest if that it starts getting too crazy in here, you consider heading up over to 39th street and make tracks to the west. Just don't stay here too long. Alright? You're due back, brother. We got people waiting on you.

Okay, so that's when it starts getting real hairy. Zero, the lights go out and it's going to be pretty fucking dramatic. Especially if we've got inclement weather or substantial cloud cover. I just want you guys to think on your feet. So if it's dark, you go with the flow and ride it on out. Most important thing, make sure you've got your withdrawal plan in your head. You didi mou (hurry) out of there as fast as you can. I don't want anybody left on the island when the troops start moving in. They're going to sweep and clear at 0300. Once they secure the perimeter, nothing and nobody is going to get off this island.

Hobo, you're the one that gets left behind so your ass is hanging out there in the breeze. I want them really mixing it up by 0015, so you've really got it make it happen if it's not already on course. The stage with the dancer is a clean shot right up there. You can use your discretion.

Okay, so that's what it looks like. There's a lot of pressure from upstairs to get this thing done right. We gotta just get out there and do what we've been training to do. The situation gets crazy enough, the civilian authorities are going to have no other choice but to call in our boys in to fix it. And like I said, there will be numerous operations going on all around. Concentrate on what you need to do and don't get held up trying to do too much. We just want to get things started. Alright? That's going to do it from here.

Full Range Applications of Binary Weapons Methodology

Over my 16 years of experience on the internet, on forums, chat rooms, and the like, I have noticed few people follow threads well, few read closely... much less attempt to appreciate the thoughts of others in full range or ramification. “The best example is how we now, as a rule, have 45 minutes of actual programming on network television and fifteen minutes of intrusive commercials per hour. It is so bad that commercial sponsors have begun “follow-up” commercials right after their initial ones or run-on themed commercials where the message is followed up after the insertion of another by a different sponsor. The aspects of meaning you may be missing in any intense programmed presentation or documentary is broken up; concentration and the possibility of anyone actually getting into the information and/or depiction of events is lessened. We don't know how much. That's an area that has not been explored for the benefit of telling us. But you can bet it has been explored by someone.

This is the milieu in which we now are exposed to much more threatening programs whose harmful intentions can only be described as weapons, even, to some extent, a weaponization of media itself.

Recently I came across a quote attributed to one, Dr. Beau Lotto, “There is no inherent meaning in information... it's what we do with it that matters.” Extremely true in relevance today. I like to say, making the knowledge our own. It would seem to me that this may be integral to, instead of just being an information dilettante, actually incorporating it into associating it with any broader reference. In developing this, we become more likely to expand upon the threatening applications (and potential permutations) of binary weapons and their systems for which they may be part. We begin to realize, for instance, what might be in chemtrails today, just might not be in them tomorrow.

But then, what other examples of binary weapons might we be exposed to other than chemtrails? Let's start where this technology began, the dispensing media of information that we have been entrained from childhood to use, broadcast media. Something for which the illusion-making mechanism of the mind becomes greatly tampered with. You acquire the notion that a story is served simply because it has been treated on the five o'clock news... to never be mentioned again. The first stage of this information binary weapon is that you have been prepared or implanted to only actually place significance on stories that are reaffirmed by repetition (being so used to the pattern of commercials and the way they make and break concentration, not to mention subliminals.) How long now has this been going on? Long enough to have moved you into a controllable reality where your range of confidence in what is credible and what is not is controlled by someone else. The weapons aspect of this program is especially successful as long as you don't realize the intentions behind it and still suppose your forthcoming opinions are actually your own.

So now, whether you like it or not, you're set up for what comes next... the second stage of an information binary weapon. What is it? Pathological incredulity. And it makes you impotent to challenge, effectively challenge anything. Now some of you have broken this chain somewhere along its winding snake apparatus. But some of you, even reading this now, actually haven't.

For those of the latter sort, I'll give the more overt examples of binary weapons systems: in the arsenal of non-lethal weaponry are many binary weapons that don't kill and are more easily sold to the public because of that but are simply prolonging the fatality process, only throwing more pain and agony into the process. Of course, famine and disease, when man-made are examples. But the refinements today are even more illustrative. Chemtrails, for example, destroy your immunity to what's coming next. And that can be non-specific enough that many won't catch on until it is too late. But in the end, it all comes out as genocide. Whether it's such things as fall-out from Fukushima, malnutrition and contaminated food products and drugs, even how the many intrusions into your local environment play into what is put in your water.

Let's look at how genocide has been practiced on African regions now for fifty years in order for international corporations to have better means of moving tribal populations off land rich in natural resources. It's not just done by promoting civil war. Medical care givers, mostly all sincere and compassionate, are not given the medicines they need to treat these people adequately so the ill are left to fend for themselves on the black market. There they find these medicines, mostly antibiotics, with original pharmaceutical packaging, right down to lot numbers, and they take them home. Only these supposed “pirated” drugs (and I doubt they are, but “special batches” big pharma makes up for just this monstrous design,) have just enough of the active ingredients to help the pathnogen or viral agent to build immunity... thus almost always lethal. Millions have died from this operational method and use of a binary weapons system. Tens of millions... maybe even hundreds of millions if allowed to continue.

And the rest of us pay since all this, in today's global shuffle, find new and deadlier strains of microbes popping up in our own vicinity, like flesh-eating bacteria. Strains of social diseases for which there is no known cure. This practice in Africa is a cauldron for disease and death elsewhere.

In the area of the unknown lie many dark potentials coming out from experimentation alone, not necessarily intended but that might be even more devastating than if they were. It is science and industry out of control here in order to serve the military contracts that are designed around weaponizing any and everything these critters can imagine. I add this element in here simply because the principle of binary systems is represented even if unintended as a consequence. Mostly because the effects offer even more devastating potential and the whole process of weaponizing is responsible. Shut that down and the threat goes away. After all every treaty in modern times, every agreement of limiting war between nations has meant to stop these excesses. And have not.
