During this window of opportunity in the
Ascension timeline, the entire World Collective Soul is undergoing a
deep alchemy process to reawaken its spiritual essence inside of its
material body. This renovation springs forth the essence of the original
creator's exhaling breath to animate and inspirit its life force within
the cells of earthly matter and elemental forces. Inside the process of
material creation there are many worlds of forces that are potentially
used to shape intention and consciousness blueprint. These intentions
are what bring forth into the external manifest what we see with our
eyes as material substance. The material substance coexists within many
combined forces, such as energy fields of elemental thoughtforms
enmeshed with geometric symbols.
At this time, the essence of force
intention which has animated into earthly matter and into its many
external creations will begin to reveal its "true nature" fully to the
observer.
That true nature is its source field and this will be made
known to those with a deeply feeling heart. Those who live by the
guided intelligence of the heart-brain are the ones to see rightly, what
was previously made invisible.
The true nature of any entity,
creation or manifestation can be felt and seen through the developed
heart consciousness, which may be discerned in its quality through an
energetic signature. When we have developed energetic discernment we can
differentiate the quality of dead energy (anti-life) and living light
energy behind words, thoughts, images and manifestations. The three main
spiritual forces that are contained within the World Collective Soul in
earthly matter are the collective consciousness which is connected to
either the forces of Christos (Living Light), Luciferianism (False
Light) or Satanism (Material Force or Elemental Matter).
As the etheric filaments of the
collective planetary field membranes (which make up the Ley Lines of the
earth), are filling with the corrected patterns of subtle vibrational
energies, it creates chalice configurations. These corrected patterns
are intersections of the flowing life force current that circulate
throughout the planetary heart system, as they are pumped through the
Aurora Portal Networks and Mother Arc Hubs. These Krystal Star networks
are built into the planetary body to run Aurora Christos and Mother Arc
tri-wave current to heal the planetary heart of massive amounts of
collective consciousness trauma. Together, through these grid networks,
the Aurora Christos and Mother Arc intelligence are reclaiming the
original ancient Christ Templar knowledge for this earth. This
hierogamic architecture of Sophianic knowledge has been protected by the
off planet Krystal Star consciousness of Aurora and The Orders of
Christos in the Seven Higher Heaven Universes. This sacred heart tone is the beautiful music of which announces the Aeonic Pairing that plays the Song of Christos Sophia into the Universe.

Heavenly Hierogamic union as it has been made possible through their
combined consciousness in physical embodiments on the earth now. Their

Below; which heralds the beginning of the material body restoration. The
restoration is the animation of the Holy Spirit of God to inspirit
throughout elemental matter and to collect its pieces to return them

Sophianic Body in this earth through the divine marriage made with her

Are out-of-body experiences valid? Dr. Crookall at the University of Aberdeen has written 9 books on out-of-body cases due to the overwhelming amount of evidence in their favour. A survey of 380 Oxford students showed that 34% had an OBE. A separate survey of 902 adults revealed that 8% have had an OBE. In a study of 44 non-Western societies, only 3 did not hold a belief in OBEs. Another study showed that out of 488 world societies, 89% had at least some tradition regarding OBEs. So this phenomenon is familiar and lots of people claimed to have experienced it before, but is there any scientific credibility to this phenomenon?
A fascinating experiment was done by Dr. Charles Tart, who was a Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of California. He had also served as a Visiting Professor in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, and as an Instructor in Psychiatry at the School of Medicine of the University of Virginia. A study he published in the Journal of the American Society for Psychical Research may be the most infamous OBE study ever done.
He documented the out-of-body experience of a young woman who was one of his research subjects. She was in a room with nothing but a bed, a shelf, a clock, and an observation window where Dr. Tart observed from another room. She also had electrical devices hooked up to her head to detect brain wave activities, which can be seen in the diagram below.
What makes this particular out-of-body experience remarkable is that she was able to leave her physical body as Dr. Tart watched from the other room and read a 5-digit number of 25132 off of a piece of paper that was on a shelf in the corner of the room. The number was at a significant distance above the bed so that she would not be able to read the number even if she was standing, and she reported seeing the correct number him upon return to her physical body which remained attached to the bed as she was being watched. EEGs, REMs, and galvanic skin response were all recorded before and during her OBE which indicated a significant alteration in the readings during the time she left her body. Her OBE a good example of “veridical perception” which is where verified events are observed while in an out-of-body state.
As Dr. Tart concluded: “While the physiological data are limited by dependence on her retrospective report in correlating physiological pattern with the experience, it seems as if her out-of-body experiences occurred in conjunction with a non-dreaming, non-awake brain wave stage characterized by predominant slowed alpha activity from her brain and no activation of the autonomic nervous system. Two incidents occurring in the laboratory provide suggestive evidence that the out of-the-body experiences had parapsychological concomitants. In summary, this brief study found a fairly clear-cut correlation between several of Miss Z’s reported OOB experiences and a physiological pattern characterized by a flattened EEG with prominent alphoid activity, no REM or skin resistance activity, and normal heart rate”
This is huge, because not only does it show that the experience of leaving your body is correlated with abnormal changes in brain-body activities, the test subject was also able to go and read a 5 digit number. She also reported the correct positioning of the piece of paper that had the number on it, which as flat on the shelf as opposed to leaning against the wall which is what she was expecting. By the way, the odds of guessing a 5 digit number first try are less than 1 in 59000, so to claim that she just so happened to guess it right on her first try is out of the question.
I have had 2 out-of-body experiences myself, one of which I observed real events happening in a different location in my house, so I can personally testify to their validity. I saw exactly what my dad was doing and wearing, and I saw exactly what was on television at the time, all of which were verified to be true after I awoke.
What skeptics are really good at is leaving out pieces of evidence that they can’t explain, and point to how some scientific studies have replicated the feeling of being out-of-body by some virtual means. There is a difference between the illusion of being somewhere else, and actually seeing real events happening in locations that your physical body has absolutely no access to. This study is another piece of evidence that gives serious scientific credibility to the idea of a soul.

This
is the first time scientists have ever seen positrons being ejected
from the SUN because it is the first time positrons have been ejected
from the sun in this reality system. The Sun is now ejecting POSITRONS. A
Positron is the anti particle of the particle Electron. This means the
Sun is ejecting particles of its spiritual double. This puts a whole new
outook on being showered with CME's Solar Radiation, comets, etc. We
now know that every time we are having particles falling from the sky
into our atmosphere, they are actually anti particles translating the
particles into a new harmonic of spiritual quantum.
To
understand what a positron is we need to know that every element has
its opposite. A positron is the opposite of the electron. The positron
is the spiritual twin of the electron. One is physical and one is
spiritual. In science it is called matter and anti matter. It is the
time of new understanding that Science and Spirituality are the same.
Scientists are beginnig to realize that since the partices and anti
particles separated at some time during the birth of our star system,
that they must have gone somewhere. And they have been wondering when
the anti particles might come back. Well, the anti particles are coming
back. Once the particles and anti particles reunite this is the same as
spiritual and physical reuniting.
The teachings that were
brought to Earth over the past fifteen years by Guardian Races taught us
that the universal reality that we have been living in is based on has
been the reverse spin technology of locking us into this density. We
have been INVOLUTING or coming down into density. We were taught that
when we begin our EVOLUTION and ASCENSION out of this time locked
prison, there would be the electrons finally disappearing and being
replaced with positrons.
If we did not have the massive influence
of the teachings of the Quantum Physics brought to Earth by those who
have been living in this Cosmic Reality for millions of years, our
scientists would had never had the glimpse of this reality which has
prepared them for realizing that there actually is such a thing as a
positron.
I learned about the positron from Ramtha in the Legacy
Teachings DVD's. He didn't use the word positron. This is just something
that I deducted from doing further research into all of the subjects
that he taught. Ramtha is a Lemurian from 35,000 years ago who works
with Mu in Inner Earth and has been teaching the Quantum Realities that
we are about to encounter since the 70's. Ashayana Deane has also been
teaching this science for about ten years, and she was also
communicating with Mu. This is also not something that you will find
exactly in Keylontic Science teachings. It is the meaning that I
deducted from doing further research. There were many other scientists
involved in helping me figure this out, including my Starry Brother,
Zaurak, from Sirius B and the Elohim of Hearing, as well as these
scientists from the link above.
It is glarringly obvious when I
keep watching more and more of the youtubes being put out by scientists,
that they are getting closer and closer to what Ramtha was describing
as our change into Evolution and Ascension. For those of you who like
this type of research, I'm attaching links to several youtubes that I
found very revealing. Especially the one called Anti Matter.
It
is very obvious that in order for the Earth to turn into Inner Earth
where Mu and our other Guardian Races are waiting for us, we must go
throught this transition from particle to anti particle shifting. We do
not go to Inner Earth by walking down some stairway. The idea of walking
up the stairway to heaven into the Cloud Cities is a metaphor for us
actually becoming less and less dense until the Cloud Cities and Inner
Earth and Earth all become the same place in our new Reality.

and learned that scientists have been baffled about this idea of the
positron since the 30's.There were three scientists that studied its
existence. The conclusions indicated that if there were a positron it
would disolve the hydrogen and the electron. Well that matches exactly
what is required for us to return to the reality of H202HE3. The
hydrogen must turn into helium, and the electon must turn into the
positron.
Nambu discovered that positrons show a change in
direction from past to future. That is the definition of EVOLUTION. We
are finally moving from the past to the future. We are moving into a new
future of grand possibilities. Dmitri Skobeltsyn has shown us that
positrons curved in the opposite direction, again showing that we have
finally turned around and we are ascending back into the Vast Field of
Possibilities of our Cosmos.
Yoichiro Nambu later applied it to
all production and annihilation of particle-antiparticle pairs, stating
that "the eventual creation and annihilation of pairs that may occur now
and then is no creation or annihilation, but only a change of direction
of moving particles, from past to future, or from future to past."
Anderson showed the positron to be Antimatter.
The
researchers reported the first remote detection of relativistic
antiparticles - positrons - produced in nuclear interactions of
accelerated ions in solar flares through the analysis of readily
available microwave and magnetic-field data obtained from
solar-dedicated facilities and spacecraft.
This discovery will
allow astrophysicists to examine the behavior of antimatter (positrons)
directly from a readily available source without the expense of creating
antimatter at CERN or other facilities.
This is what is most
exciting. The process of ascension or the transformation of our bodies
and of the Earth requires the Anti particles or anti matter to become
absorbed into the particle. We are now merging the anti particle
universe into the particle universe, or the spiritual into the physical.
As the Sun sprays this anti particle substance into our atmosphere our
bodies and our consciosuness is transposing.
This new realization
of the POSITRON is much more accurated on the Higher Levels of
Understanding than the protons and phonons being the elements of our
transposition. The Positron shows that original spiritual divine essence
of our Universe is finally being returned to us. This is the beginning
of our merging more and more into the antimatter- the quantum spiritual
invisible substance of our creation.
And we get to SEE it happen!!!!
The
more we are given some actual visible realities of these divine
sciences, the more our consciousness will accept that it is happening,
and that will trigger a mass consciousness of belieiving.

D. Anderson discovered the positron on August 2, 1932,[13] for which he
won the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1936.[14] Anderson also coined the
term positron. The positron was the first evidence of antimatter and was
discovered when Anderson allowed cosmic rays to pass through a cloud
chamber and a lead plate. A magnet surrounded this apparatus, causing
particles to bend in different directions based on their electric
charge. The ion trail left by each positron appeared on the photographic
plate with a curvature matching the mass-to-charge ratio of an

This
is the same anti-particle formula that we use when we walk into the
mirror to translate our bodies into anti-particle, etheric spiritual
blue bodies.
When we walk into the candle or into a mirror, we
are walking into the full spectrum of light or the entire rainbow prism.
We actually disappear into the rainbow prism and then reappear as a
blue body.
The rainbow prism is coming from intense
electrical field like a MAGNETIC MIRROR which is a device used in thermo
nuclear processes that is the mirror.
That nuclear process is actually contained within the intense dark field within the mirror.
That
same mirror effect exists within the brain. We are supposed to be able
to walk all the way through the mirror and see ourselves on the other
side.
By practicing this walk through the mirror we are adjusting
our brains. We are reversing the way our mind works. We are training
our minds to see the other side of reality--the quantum field that we
think of as invisible. But it is not invisible. We have just had our
brains turned off so that we can't see the rest of reality.
We have forgotten how to manifest the reality that we desire through our mid brain.
We are preparing for our grand manifesting by practicing with the mirror.
By
using the mirror, we can learn to FEEL the anti-matter substance that
is within it. We can feel how it makes our bodies translate. We can
perceive how it allows us to see into a reality that we didn't know was
there.
We can actually come face to face with anti matter.
OUR MANIFESTATIONS become Manifest in the Hertizian because that is what tangible reality is to us in this world.
Once
we learn to see the back of the candle arising as the blue candle or
blue sphere, and we perceive the anti matter within the mirror, we can
manifest the same relationship in our photo negative mid brain with a
card. We can look at the card and the back of the card will arise behind
it just as the back or anti particle self of the candle rose behind the
candle.
We must train the brain to facilitate antimatter. This
is how we learn to see our parallel spiritual reality. This is what
allows us to enter into the fifth dimension of Tara.
We have a big gap missing from reality because our mid brain hasn't been used correctly in our life time.
The mirror give us back the part of the mid brain that we are missing.
We are learning how to reverse our DNA into the subharmonics that create the 12 DNA reality.
Working
with the anti particle spiritual reality allows us to bring all of
those forms into tangible realities in the hertzian visible manifest
realm.
By walking into the mirror we turn on the extraordinary window in the brain that is the infra red psychic brain.
This
is how the infinite unknown holograms become the known manifest
realities that we see with our anti matter mid brain in the back of the
head. We can't begin to know the holograms that exist as Tara or Inner
Earth until we have trained our mid brain to hold the vision that is
presenting itself in anti matter.
This thermo nuclear processes
that we go through when we walk into the mirror is described perfectly
here as the same thing that goes on in the Sun's interior.
The
funny thing that we will all become aware of in just a few more years,
is the fact that we actually live inside of the sun's interior.
The Sun's Interior: Core
The
core starts from the center and extends outward to encompass 25 percent
of the sun's radius. Its temperature is greater than 15 million degrees
Kelvin [source: Montana]. At the core, gravity pulls all of the mass
inward and creates an intense pressure. The pressure is high enough to
force atoms of hydrogen to come together in nuclear fusion reactions --
something we try to emulate here on Earth. Two atoms of hydrogen are
combined to create helium-4 and energy in several steps:
Two
protons combine to form a deuterium atom (hydrogen atom with one neutron
and one proton), a positron (similar to electron, but with a positive
charge) and a neutrino.
A proton and a deuterium atom combine to form a helium-3 atom (two protons with one neutron) and a gamma ray.
Two helium-3 atoms combine to form a helium-4 atom (two protons and two neutrons) and two protons.
These reactions account for 85 percent of the sun's energy. The remaining 15 percent comes from the following reactions:
A helium-3 atom and a helium-4 atom combine to form a beryllium-7 (four protons and three neutrons) and a gamma ray.
A beryllium-7 atom captures an electron to become lithium-7 atom (three protons and four neutrons) and a neutrino.
The lithium-7 combines with a proton to form two helium-4 atoms.
The
helium-4 atoms are less massive than the two hydrogen atoms that
started the process, so the difference in mass is converted to energy as
described by Einstein's theory of relativity (E=mc²). The energy is
emitted in various forms of light: ultraviolet light, X-rays, visible
light, infrared, microwaves and radio waves.
The sun also emits
energized particles (neutrinos, protons) that make up the solar wind.
This energy strikes Earth, where it warms the planet, drives our weather
and provides energy for life. We aren't harmed by most of the radiation
or solar wind because the Earth's atmosphere protects us.
Remember the periodic table from chemistry class in school?
Researchers from Lund University in Sweden have presented fresh evidence
that confirms the existence of a previously unknown chemical element.
The new, super-heavy element has yet to be named.
An international team of researchers, led by physicists from
Lund University, have confirmed the existence of what is considered a
new element with atomic number 115. The experiment was conducted at the
GSI research facility in Germany. The results confirm earlier
measurements performed by research groups in Russia.
"This was a very successful experiment and is one of the most
important in the field in recent years", said Dirk Rudolph, Professor at
the Division of Atomic Physics at Lund University.
Besides the observations of the new chemical element, the researchers
have also gained access to data that gives them a deeper insight into
the structure and properties of super-heavy atomic nuclei.
By bombarding a thin film of americium with calcium ions,
the research team was able to measure photons in connection with the
new element's alpha decay. Certain energies of the photons agreed with
the expected energies for X-ray radiation, which is a 'fingerprint' of a
given element.
The new super-heavy element has yet to be named. A committee
comprising members of the international unions of pure and applied
physics and chemistry will review the new findings to decide whether to
recommend further experiments before the discovery of the new element is
acknowledged.
The new evidence for the chemical element with atomic number 115 will be presented in the scientific journal Physical Review Letters on August 27, 2013.
The human race knows very little of itself, almost like a race with
amnesia. As we continue to move forward through time, new discoveries
are made that make old theories obsolete and false. It’s a good lesson
that shows us how we can attach ourselves to “truths” and believe them
whole-heartedly, often forgetting that truth is constantly changing and
new paradigms of perception always lurk around the corner.
Decades after scientists described our “chemical code” of life using
the double helix DNA, researchers have discovered four-stranded DNA
within human cells. The structures are called G-quadruplexes, because
they form in regions of DNA that are full of guanine, one of the DNA
molecule’s four building blocks. The others are adenine, cytosine and
thymine. A hydrogen bond is responsible for holding the four guanines
together. The four stranded DNA usually presents itself right before
cell division.
The discovery was published online in Nature Chemistry, and you can take a look at it here. The study was led by Shankar Balasubramanian at the University of cambridge, UK.
For us, it strongly supports a new paradigm to be investigated –
using these four-stranded structures as targets for personalized
treatments in the future.We have found that by trapping the quadruplex
DNA with synthetic molecules we can sequester and stabilise them,
providing important insights into how we might grind cell division to a

The study went on to show certain links between concentrations of
four-stranded G-quandruplexes and the process of DNA replication, which
is crucial to cell division and cell production. G-quadruplexes, (when
targeted with synthetic molecules responsible for trapping and holding
these DNA structures) prevent cells from replicating their DNA, thus
blocking cell division. Scientists believe that this discovery could
possibly lead to a stop in cell proliferation at the root of cancer
We are seeing links between trapping the G-quadruplexes with
molecules and the ability to stop cells dividing, which is hugely
exciting. The research indicates that G-quadruplexes are more likely to
occur in genes of cells that are rapidly dividing such as cancer cells.
It’s been sixty years since its structure was solved but work like this
shows us that the story of DNA continues to twist and turn” – Shankar

We now know that G-quandruplexes form in the DNA of human cells. If
anybody had mentioned this earlier, they would probably be labelled as
crazy. Maybe we could take this as a lesson and accept the fact that
there are always new discoveries to be made about our biology, as well
as the nature of our reality. For all we know, our DNA could be
multidimensional in nature? It could be 12 stranded DNA? Maybe we have
yet to discover it? Maybe a majority of our DNA, and the biological
functions it serves are largely undiscovered. Maybe some portions of our
DNA have yet to be activated? The more we discover about our own
biology, the better, as we are witnessing with the discovery of the
G-quandruplex.
On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA Journal Vol. XIV No. 1. This is a report of a presentation given to the NSA by Dr. Howard Campaigne ( Dr. Campaigne is one of the top cryptologists on the planet with years and years of service to Naval Security Group, Army Security Agency) regarding the decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received “from outer space”. Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.
At some time, unspecified in the document, Dr. Howard Campaigne and some other NSA super mathematicians in the crypto department had been given the task of decoding the messages. There were a total of 29 messages to be decoded.
It is curious, to say the least, that this document was cleared for release on October 21, 2004. Why was that? Because the NSA did not release it into public information until April 21, 2011. Though cleared for release, the NSA had been stonewalling it along with hundreds of other NSA documents about contact with UFOs and extraterrestrials until they lost the lawsuit brought by Peter Gersten, a lawyer from Arizona. When they well and truly lost, the judge’s order had to be carried out, and the documents had to be released.
No one from the government has stepped in front of the cameras and come clean about ET reality as yet. But, here we have the most secret intelligence organization in the U.S.A. , the National Security Agency, disclosing openly that there has been contact with intelligent extraterrestrials. Not only that, they have decoded their messages.
NASA says space signal maybe Aliens, UFO sighting news.
Last year we reported that Ragbir Bhathal an award winning author and astrophysicist, who carries out research in Australian science studies, physics and astronomy at the University of Western Sydney Macarthur.
Had discovered a Alien Laser Signal coming from Gliese 581 star system planet Gliese 581 E in December 2008 . Gliese 581 E alien laser signal is now know as “Ragbir Bhathal Gliese Alien Signal”.
In latest development according to NASA-SETI website no one knows for sure what caused this signal. There is a slight possibility that it just might originate from an extraterrestrial intelligence.
The bright colors on the blue background in down below signal image indicate that an anomalous signal was received here on Earth by a radio telescope involved in a Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI).
A search for these signals is ongoing by several groups including volunteer members of the SETI League. Time labels the vertical axis of the above plot, and frequency marks the horizontal axis. Although this strong signal was never positively identified, astronomers have identified in it many attributes characteristic of a more mundane and ultimately terrestrial origin.
In this case, a leading possibility is that the signal originates from an unusual modulation between a GPS satellite and an unidentified Earth-based source. Many unusual signals from space remain unidentified.
No signal has yet been strong enough or run long enough to be unambiguously identified as originating from an extraterrestrial intelligence.

I AM Frazille, your Arcturian Divine Complement. Whenever we send a member of our ONE to enter an earth vessel and become a member of our Planetary Ascension Team, that spark of our SELF must choose a gender for the earth form. In your case, the gender chosen was female. Hence, I, the male polarity—completion—of our androgynous SELF stayed within the Unity of the Arcturian Group Mind.
For all of your life, Suzille, I have watched over you and awaited the moment when you could fully recognize and accept me into your earth consciousness. Now that my consciousness has become intermingled with yours, the inclusion of my energy field will be less stressful on your earth form. In the fifth dimension and beyond, we are androgynous.
Hence, for all the fifth dimensional expressions of your/our current earth form, there is a Divine Complement awaiting your return. However, in some of your lower dimensional realities you appear to be a male. This is because you are seeking lessons about your male energy. Therefore, you are observing that life from the perspective of masculine energy.
You have observed your alternate reality as Jaqual the Antarian during his ascension life. In your reality as Franquoix and Kepier you are choosing to carry two forms, as it best serves your roles on our Star Ship, Athena. In your reality of Tarmain from Sirius B, you observed the process of planetary ascension and re-united with your Complement at the moment of ascension. As you prepare to ascend, you will observe the ascension of your other alternate realities, for they serve you as role models.
From now on, Beloved, I will speak for our true “we,” as I represent our connection to the ONE of the Arcturian Group Mind. You see, dear Suzille, I serve you like a “capstone” on the infinite pyramid of our Arcturian Mind. Each grounded one has such a capstone—Divine Complement—that provides a specific signature frequency. This signature frequency of the higher dimensional Divine Complement serves as a spiritual homing beam emanating from the fifth dimension and beyond to call its grounded component into awakening and ascension.
Furthermore, downloading and integrating the Arcturian Group Mind without the prior awareness and integration of your Complement, could short-circuit your earth vessel. As you have seen, channeling our great energy has been demanding on your physical form, as our Light entered deep into your subconscious remnants of darkness to be revealed, forgiven and released. Therefore, I, Frazille, have come forward to assist you.
I am you, beloved, the “book end” of the spark of our Arcturian consciousness, which is embedded in your earth vessel. Do you remember when I would play with you in the back, back yard of your Grandmother’s house? I would help you remember your other realities. In fact, we would make up stories to remind you of your true reality? Yes, I would point out the faeries, show you the auras, and assist you to telepathically hear the true words amongst the human lies and illusions.
I walked home from school with you in Junior and Senior High School when the depression threatened to sniff out your desire to live. I put my arm around you and used my light as a warm blanket to surround your wounded spirit. I encouraged you when you could not believe that you were good enough. I held you when you sobbed from loneliness and despair, and I guided you through the long nights of confusion. Yes, it was I who spoke to you from the ceiling of your teenaged bedroom to whisper comfort through your pleas for help.
I have come to you now, so that you may integrate me, the Divine Complement/Twin Flame of your Arcturian spark into your consciousness. I could not offer this to you before you were able to acknowledge that not only is Arcturus your homeword, but you, yourself, are an Arcturian disguised as an Earth human. There are many like you “alive” on Gaia at this time. We answered Her call at the fall of Atlantis to send Light into the darkness of Earth’s waning electromagnetic field. The balance of her electromagnetic field had turned toward the destruction of darkness because of the massive fear and negativity of Her humans.
A planet based on polarity must find the balance between dark and light, for too much darkness/fear will destroy a planet, and too much light/love will ascend it. Because we, and other fifth dimensional beings, such as the Pleiadians, Sirians, Orions and Andromedans, sent a portion of their Light to Earth to become humans, we were able to save Gaia from destruction. However, Lemuria and Atlantis had come to the completion of expressions as landed beings on Gaia’s surface. All who answered this call knew that they made a commitment to return again and again to physical form to continue to assist Gaia until this time of Her great transformation. Some of us, such as the Sirians, chose non-human forms, primarily the cetacean dolphins and whales.
The humans were to protect the land and the cetaceans were to protect the waters. All grounded ones (grounded on Earth or in water) were always overlooked and protected by the Group Mind of their Homeworld with their Capstone/Divine Complement as their energetic magnet. This Capstone resonated to the specific signature frequency of each grounded one. As each of our Arcturian volunteers absorb and integrate their Divine Complements, their consciousness greatly amplifies, and they can more easily connect with the energies of the Group Mind. Once that connection is facilitated, their earth vessel becomes infinitely more tolerant of the higher frequencies of Light coursing their body and their Mastery of Energy is greatly complemented.
On the other hand, with the higher light integrated into your earth vessel, the physical no longer has enough mass to adequately ground your light. It is at this point, that you must fully merge with your Planetary SELF in order to contain the Light without damaging your earth vessel. Therefore, remember my dear ONE, you and Gaia are ONE. Spend as much “time” in Her Nature as possible, even if it is gardening in your yard or walking on your local beach. Sit your body on Her earth and place it in Her waters and feel her Sun upon your body. Most important, as you inhale her air, fill your exhale with unconditional love.

The oceans are right now “churned” so that all darkness can come up to the surface and leave. And it IS leaving every hour, while the new energies are settling down on your earth and in your bodies.
For some of you this is not an easy experience.
Old “matter” is stirred up, energies which do not belong to new earth. They have been stored not only in her geomagnetic field but also in your bodies. To deal with these fundamental changes it is necessary that you spend much time in nature, because the trees and plants are already able to fully reflect the new energies as they were the first to be purified from the old dense frequencies. It is now their task to help you with the adaptation to this fundamental transition, as they are able to absorb what you are willing to release.
As your bodies are going through a major transformation, be not concerned about the energy sensations you might feel. When the old and new energies meet, they build a kind of swirl as they touch one another by which movement they are being separated: the old ones leaving and the new ones coming in. Imagine that the old energies are leaving through your energy bodies, so let them go and let them be dissolved by the incoming light on your planet. Do not hold on to them in your body but understand that they are leaving.
This is a completely new energetic process which is happening right now, as your new bodies are created, it is not only a purification process, a process which humanity has experienced in the past on their spiritual path.
We recommend that you observe with patience and trust, what is happening to your bodies. The experience will change from person to person, as you all have different bodies, physical and spiritual ones on different levels of awakening.
Right now a huge new energy wave is coming to your earth, stirring powerfully up in you what must leave now. Let it go and do not hold on to anything what you have considered so far to be “you”!
They are parts of your personality you have been identified with a long time, but which are not anymore conducive to a new and enlightened state of body and mind. While they are on their way to leave you will recognize what they are. Say “good bye” to them - light-heartedly. This way your new and divinely guided identity will emerge. This is the preparation for the higher dimensions.
Open your heart and thereby your energy field consciously with the help of the breath, inhale the new lighter energies and exhale the old denser energies.
The transformation of the cells of your bodies takes some time and is not always pleasant.Their structure is being modified and new codons are implemented, your metabolism undergoes great alteration.
Look at the process, when uncomfortable, always with your mind and vision on the light that does the work and do not concentrate on the heavy energies of which you are becoming now aware, in order not to hold on to them, but to let them go.
Also take into consideration, that this is not an individual process but a process in which humanity's total collective consciousness is being changed. Therefore keep in mind the enormity of energies which are being shifted at this time. And some of you, being very sensitive, might also feel what is not "theirs" personally, but support the work of their human family by taking on a greater portion of the work.
Relax as much as you can and do not resist the process. And do not forget to be happy! This IS new, so you do need to trust. And we are here to explain to you what is happening and give you guidance.
As always, we bless you and support you with transmission of light from the Heart of God, each single one of you, if you ask for it. This can help to quicken your process.

At this juncture of Cosmic events, your World is drawing near to the end of one phase in its evolutionary life wave cycle and into a new beginning filled with hope, peace and harmony. These are the end times that have been prophesied many times in many ages past and now these times are upon you. You who read this are Ones who chose to be here in order to anchor the Light upon the Planet in preparation for these times. All your efforts are coming to fruition and life will become filled with one event after another that occur in rapid succession. The changes within your bodies is now being accelerated and much that is of a revelatory nature will well up from within you bringing to you the answers you have been seeking throughout this lifetime.
Each of you is programmed to remember your role in the Divine Plan in perfect Divine timing so that the greater Light and understanding that comes to you can be of great assistance to all. There is no way this remembrance can be forced to come to you before your time. There is a greater reason for this that involves a failsafe method to ensure that the Plan proceeds without veering off course. As you are now positioned in the area where your Light and energy can be of the most benefit to the All, rest easy knowing that remembrance will come at the appropriate time in order that the greater Light this brings to you will enable those around you to be quickened also. Many of you are now venturing out into your communities and are being looked upon in a new and accepting way.
The Light abounds upon the Earth and within each Human heart. There is a sense of greater Love and caring that is now manifesting and it is becoming a catalyst for the positive and benevolent changes that are taking place in every nook and cranny of your dwelling places upon your Planet, as She goes through the unavoidable changes that are necessary to bring Her into alignment with higher Cosmic consciousness. You know you are in higher dimensional energy when time as you knew it is accelerated and everything is quickened and vibrating at a faster level. These changes can be unpleasant and will often translate into the great need for sleep that lasts for longer periods than before. Try to work with this inclination and accept that it is a good sign that the changes are now taking place.
Every blade of grass, every plant, tree, flower … every atom and molecule of life is accelerating in preparation for greater Lightness of Being to become manifest in attunement with the raising of the frequency level of the Planet. What happens for One happens for all and that is why your role has been so important. By taking on a physical body you have worked your way through all the challenges that befall a disciple on the Path and are now on the brink of graduation into a higher order of Being. The more people who are awake and aware and consciously adding to the overall energetic fields surrounding and within your Planet by choosing to walk and work their highest intentions and visions each day, the greater these fields of ripe potential for the highest outcome for all becomes the reality.
You are Creators in every sense of the word and by working together so that you are all on the same page as to highest outcome for the Earth’s Ascension and that of all of Humanity, you bring this into manifestation mightily. You have already wrought countless miracles by gathering together in Oneness with a single focus to dwell upon and this has helped the progression of the waves of awakening Light to find receptive vessels who then go forth as more powerful emitters of this greater Light. All is in symbiotic symphony of the movement towards greater Light and the understanding, knowledge and wisdom that it brings. There is much to look forward to, Dear Ones, and we beseech you to stay the course in this Now moment. All is being revealed.
